American Theater Systems in NJ...any experiences?

I am coonsidering spending an awful lot of money at this online site, the feedback in Audiogon is almost all positive, has anyone had any experiences here?

The products, albeit are labled as factory sealed, are still quite high end.

I don't what forum to post this one in,

thanks,

-matt

I would be interested in any feedback about this company also.

Matt, did you end up using them for any purchases?

Thanks

No

Them and a lot of other places that sell online carry lines that absolutely do not honor warranties if you buy from them. THEM, being on-line non authorized dealers.

Yet these dealers claim they do. MAJOR integrity issues here, especially when you're talking about $2K or more!

You may buy, and it will probably be fine. That's not good enough for me.

SO...instead I bought a used but babied B&K slightly older 307 receiver, which is still state of the art. And I got it locally for $1200. I was happy to drive 3 hours for it.

Look at classifieds on Audiogon.com.
That's a great lead. You still need to be wise though!
