how to make reciever a multi-room?

I was interested in getting a 5.1 receiver, and splitting into three different rooms. Is there some kind of switch I could get that would allow me to control the volumes of each channel separately?

Many receivers have a second zone (Onkyo/Integra), but I'm not familiar with any that have three zones. You will probably need supplementary amplification to do so.
