Monster DVI Cable

Hello recently my grandma bought a 42" widescreen toshiba tv with hdtv capabilities and also bought a monster dvi 2m cable for around $130. I know everyone says monster costs too much, and I can see on eBay that you can get a dvi cable for $5.00. can someone recommend me a particular brand, with length around 2m? $130 seems way too much for one but I can't think that a $5 cable would do the trick.

i picked up a 5 meter dvi-d from cablestogo.com. 40 bux, plus 8 to ship. too bad the dvi port on my 6200 is still inop! someday......
