Actually, my wife is more a fan of bass than me. FWIW though, I originally had a single subwoofer. But I had heard so much about the effects from dual subs that we decided to try a 2nd SVS and return it as part of their 45-day no questions asked guarantee if we weren't impressed. I got the 2nd sub, and found that the overall effects were
MUCH better, even with the bass volume at low levels. The 45 day warranty on the 2nd sub isn't over yet, but that doesn't matter as it's not going back!
