Coax to Optical

My sat box has a coax audio jack. My receiver only has one coax jack, labeled DVD. There are several optical jacks for audio. Is there an adapter for this situation? Is it even worth my connecting digital audio from my standard Direct TV box?

Your local Radio Shack may also carry their ~$15 model if you'd rather buy locally.
