Long Interconnects

I don't know if this has been answered or not, but I would like to make a long run interconnect to run from my computer to the receiver. The length, I'm not sure, maybe 20 feet. has anyone done this before?

I've got some 35' long runs of a DIY cable using RG-58AU coax. They work fine....
