Sonotube alternative help!!!!!!!!!!!!! i want bass quick

Hi people i dont know if they sell sonotubes in trinidad...but there is a paper factory that gives away the cardboard tubes that the wrap biiiiiiiig rools of paper around to ship out......i wanted to know if you can use that in place of the conventional sonotues that you all talk about....bye

Seriously, if the "tubes" are about 1/4" thick, they are good enough to be used as a sonosub enclosure.
