New sub project...
okay, this might be a little soon to be thinking about my next project seeing as my current sub project is still a few days from being completed, none the less. i have a nice sized PVC pipe my dad has sent me from the states. he actually sent me two, one was used as a port for my current sub project, and i was thinking about using the other for another project. once i get some new HT speakers and receiver, which will be any week now, i plan on moving my current system to the bedroom. only thing is it doesn't have a sub. so i was thinking about using the 9 3/4" diameter PVC pipe as the enclosure for a small bedroom sub. do you guys recommend any 8" drivers or perhaps 6" drivers for the job. i was planning on using the 120W plate amp from partsexpress. this sub will not have to play loud, but i wouldn't mind some depth. also wondering if i could slam a 10" sub into the pipe? anyways, any suggestions would help. thanks,
