Please help me interpret

I was looking at the tone control circuit here
http://xoomer.virgilio.it/fladelle/Page53.htm

Under the Parts List there are some values I'm having problems interpreting:

R4,R5___________3K9 1/4W Resistors
R6,R7___________1K8 1/4W Resistors
R10___________560R 1/4W Resistor
R12___________220R 1/4W Resistor

C3,C5___________4n7 63V Polyester Capacitors
C7______________4µ7 63V Electrolytic Capacitor

The #'s after the K's n's and µ's and the letter R are whats throwing me
off. What are these values? Also this may be a stupid question but in the diagram, is it the V+ power supply pin that is grounded on the op-amp or V-?

Thanks

What did the designer say when you emailed him with your questions?

My guess:

R4,R5___________3K9 1/4W Resistors ==> 3.9K ohms
R6,R7___________1K8 1/4W Resistors ==> 1.8K ohms
R10___________560R 1/4W Resistor ==> 560 ohms
R12___________220R 1/4W Resistor ==> 220 ohms

C3,C5___________4n7 63V Polyester Capacitors ==> 4.7 nF
C7______________4µ7 63V Electrolytic Capacitor ==> 4.7 uF

And the ground for V+ should be V-.

The 9V source's V+ should be connected to R12, and the V- should be the ground for C8.
