Remote switch for Motorized screen?

Where can I get plans or buy one of these switches?
The screen has 3 wires white, red and black.
I have connected them upto 110 and the screen works great but I would like to get a remote switch that would work from my remote.
I am building a new house with a theater in it and would like to wire whatever I need to now.

You do not mention what type of screen you have. I am not sure of what you are asking, but if you want to operate the electric screen via IR or RF remote these can be bought through any authorized dealer. I have the IR remote from Da-Lite ($220) and have the IR code programmed into my ProntoPRO remote. There was a thread at AVSCIENCE that discussed making a homemade remote switch from a X-10 controller and a 12V transformer to operate line voltage screens.

I have 3 screens actually let me see.
1 DA-LITE Junior Electrol about 8' wide motorized (glass?)
1 BRETFORD about 8' wide on a portable tripod (matte?)
1 about 16' wide not sure of brand motorized (in storage)

I need the switch for the DA-LITE 8' screen first.
I am trying to think of a way to explain that we need the 16' in the backyard for weekend get togethers.

You can also use the 12V trigger from the projector to operate the screen

I couldn't find the Junior on the Da-Lite site, but I assume it's a single motor system, like the Senior...

Page 5 of 8 shows that red controls the Up and Black controls the Down... White is, of course, common. Normally, an SPST (center off) AC switch controls this. In addition to the Low Voltage X-10 option, standard (110VAC) X-10 modules could be used to control the red and black power lines. It seems like it would be fairly easy to rig it up, but for someone who isn't using X-10, it might not be the simplest route.

I think most people would opt for Da-Lite's Low Voltage Contollers (LVC)--

If your projector has a 12V trigger (as Neil mentioned), then the cheapest route (while still using Da-Lite products, that is) would be the Video Projector Interface; however, it will only allow full-up or full-down control:
