I have been lucky in the past at places like Goodwill in finding furniture. Also, this is "yard sale" time of the year - you can get great bargains!

In Seattle there is a web site called King county materials and exchange other city's may have similar sites. I found mine there. basically construction companies and home owners who have electrical, wood, and all kinds of things can place information about the things they have just to get rid of. I got 8 seats FREE from a theater which was just going to be ripped down, they were in great condition. The color sucks but they were free. You may want to see if your city or nearest city has something similar.
