Synopsis
Set 500 years into the future, in the wake of a universal civil war, “Firefly” centers on the crew of Serenity, a small transport spaceship that does not have a planet to call home. Captain Malcom “Mal” Reynolds, a defeated soldier who opposed the unification of the planets by the totalitarian governed Alliance, will undertake any job – legal or not – to stay afloat and keep his crew fed.

Strange thing is, I could have sworn Jewel Staite said she was going to record some new stuff for this set. Why isn't she on it?

This show was one of the only 2 sd-dvds I have purchased since April 2006 and so.....Hell Yes I'm buying this even if it's rather expensive for 13 episodes. But it's Fox.

120 bucks in Canada? I would like to get this but I would have to have even bigger rocks in my head than Fox already has in theirs.

Yeah, I don't know why companies haven't recognized that the exchange rate is hovering around 1:1 right now.

I look at that $90 price and am glad it appears scheduled to come out during the DD November sale. That'll probably get it below $60.

Good call on the DD sale. I'd like to pay no more than $40 for this but, maybe a few dollars more than $40 would be ok.

I remember her saying the same thing. It could have been a scheduling conflict with "Stargate Atlantis".
