Given the format shake-out, I wonder what's the current status. Both 'Amadeus' and 'Cuckoo's Nest' were fine special editions in SD, so I assume they'll be likewise in BD. Seems to me, both of these would have been naturals for the "book" editions, given the custom cases featured in SD. |
