It would be nice to see American Gangster done right.

Re: What Paramount Universal and DreamWorks titles are you waiting for to go Blu?
Here's how it breaks down for me:
Paramount/DreamWorks
Fortunately, I already picked up all of their BD releases I wanted that they released before August '07. Since then they have only released 15 HD-DVD exclusive titles, with 8 more on the current release schedule, though some of those will likely be canceled.
So, here's my wish list:
Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgandy - Unrated
Hot Rod
Into the Wild
The Jack Ryan Collection
Stardust
There Will Be Blood
Top Gun
Zodiac - Director's Cut
All in all, not that many releases.
Universal
Universal will likely be the most difficult studio transition. Not only did they release a ton of titles on HD-DVD, but they did so with subsidiaries from Toshiba, and they are the only major studio to never release on BD. It may be quite a while before we see many of these catalog titles on BD, possibly a few years in some cases. I'm gonna luck out by getting a free HD-DVD player from work, so I may pick up a few HD-DVD catalog titles on clearance.
Here's my list:
Apollo 13
Army of Darkness
Battlestar Galactica - Season 1
Billy Madison
The Bourne Identity
The Bourne Supremacy
The Bourne Ultimatum
The Breakfast Club
Brokeback Mountain
Casino
Children of Men
Dazed and Confused
The Deer Hunter
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Field of Dreams
Happy Gilmore
Hot Fuzz
Inside Man
King Kong
Land of the Dead
The Last Starfighter
Lost in Translation
Monty Python's The Meaning of Life
Ray
Serenity
Shaun of the Dead
Spartacus
The Sting
The Thing
Traffic
Tremors
12 Monkeys
The War
Weinstein
There's actually not a single one of their HD-DVD titles I'm interested in. Go figure. It may be a while until they jump back into HDM anyway.
Warner
For good measure, I'll list Warner here as well, as there are still ~20 titles left for them to release on BD that they released on HD-DVD. Most of these will be available by the end of the year.
My list:
The Adventures of Robin Hood
Batman Begins
Casablanca
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Forbidden Planet
The Matrix Trilogy
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory

Re: What Paramount Universal and DreamWorks titles are you waiting for to go Blu?
"Bourne"-films and "American Gangster" would be a great start, but I´m very open for several titles. I´ve ordered several Universal-titles (not that many from Paramount/DW AFTER they went for HD DVD) from these sales, so I don´t plan to "triple dip" (DVD => HD DVD => Blu-ray) them for any time soon..
Universal and Paramount, we are waiting for you. Join us! We still love you.

Re: What Paramount Universal and DreamWorks titles are you waiting for to go Blu?
The Bourne Identity
The Bourne Supremacy
The Bourne Ultimatum
Disney/Buena Vista/Miramax: Please put Beautiful Girls on Blu-ray with bonus features and the original theatrical trailer in 1080p, and an anamorphic re-release with bonus features and the original theatrical trailer day-and-date on DVD. Thanks!
A massive letter-writing campaign to ABC is being timed each Thursday. October Road co-creator/ Beautiful Girls screenwriter Scott Rosenberg has recently told fans on the ABC.com message board to "fight on." Do you also have a tennis racket? Got drumsticks? Please help in the fight to bring his Beautiful Girls spin-off, October Road, back to the airwaves.

I think the Bourne titles are a given for BLU; along with probably Serenity, Heroes etc.
