International HD-DVD release dates?

Is there any site with complete info on International releases for all countries? I'd like to see if/when certain titles will be released internationally. Among other things, I'm hoping some country gets the theatrical version of Payback since we got screwed. The director's cut is the only DC I've ever not liked. Kris Kristofferson wasn't even in that version. WTF!?

It would also be interesting to see what is being released overseas. I saw a copy of Fantastic Four which was released bluray only in US on hd-dvd in Germany. Apparently there are some variations on what is released on bluray and hddvd in the US and overseas.
