Where is Grindhouse's HD-DVD?

With Death Proof coming out on SD on the 18th, I was curious as to what the HD situation is. If it was just Death Proof on HD I wouldn't mind, I liked it better than Planet Terror. This also reminds me of the Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair; will that show up on HD as well?

It's been a while since we've heard anything HD-related out of the Weinstein Company. I'm starting to get a little concerned, actually - maybe they've decided that the market is too small for them to spend the money to produce the things as yet.

And the Kill Bill situation is weird - apparently, Buena Vista has distribution rights for the theatrical cuts, but TWC does for the new "Whole Bloody Affair" cut.
