Tremors on HD DVD 11-20-07
One of my favorite 1990s guilty pleasures on it's way to HD DVD.

Same here, Robert. Tremors is just a plain old great throwback to the giant bug creature features of the past. Great mechanical effects, very good acting, and a really hip script that meld together in a great B movie. This is a must have for me. Fred Ward and Kevin Bacon are perfectly cast in this homage to films of the 50's like Them.
Al of that and TrueHD too.

Toshiba HD-XA2, HD Add-on, Panasonic DMP-BD10A Pioneer VSX-94TXH, Panasonic PT-AE 2000U 1080p (delivered but not mounted yet) 252 HD DVDs, 65 BD DVDs, and over 1560 - SD DVDs and going down New buying strategy - I will continue to buy Universal and Paramount HD DVD's, but if it available in both formats, Blu-ray now gets my purchase.

Re: Tremors on HD DVD 11-20-07
You got it guys! Count me in for some bug-blasting fun! Love the creature features of the 50's and this really caught the spirit of those classic flicks right proper!
Here's hoping for a great transfer and some new features! Love to see a new doc on the progression of the Tremor series. But I think I'd have to go out and make it myself on my own dime!
Cheers,
Jason

Re: Tremors on HD DVD 11-20-07
This is one of the most quotable films of all time, and I love that Universal is releasing this on HD-DVD.
