Sony: "Das Boot" and "Run Lola Run" (Blu-ray) coming?

Das Boot, yes! Here´s hoping that they´ll include also the TV-version! (I can hope...)

Run Lola Run will be insane with a PCM or TrueHD audio track.

Re: Sony: "Das Boot" and "Run Lola Run" (Blu-ray) coming?
I'm sure that Run Lola Run will look amazing in HD. It's been on my wish-list for months now; I hope this is true!
This is too much to hope for, but it would be nice if Sony put some more extras on the disc this time. The commentary from the SD-DVD is ok, but I'd love to see a retrospective documentary, particularly in light of Potente's moderately successful career in the English-speaking market. (Even if Creep wasn't any good.... )

Excellent!! Das Boot is an amazing film and well worth an upgrade from SD DVD.
Blu-ray & HD DVD - It's all about the movies!

I'm all over Run Lola Run.
Here's hoping for Amelie to be announced next...

Hopefully, with how they are doing seemelss branching on Close Encounters and Spider-Man 2, they will do the same for Das Boot.

Re: Sony: "Das Boot" and "Run Lola Run" (Blu-ray) coming?
With BD's storage capacity, would a single disc version of Das Boot be possible without degrading image quality? Is there even such thing as a variable bit rate video on BD?

Re: Sony: "Das Boot" and "Run Lola Run" (Blu-ray) coming?
Lola Rennt might be enough to make me go HD (I'll buy a dual format player if I take the dive). The SD version currently available in Canada sucks (from Seville Films, not SPHE).
