HD-A1 Firmware 2.0 now available!!

Official firmware 2.0 is out and can be downloaded now. It adds TrueHD 5.1 support and the 720p PQ is also much improved.

How is the PQ improved? I thought HD-DVD had perfect pic quality?

HD DVD did have perfect pic quality when set to 1080i output. The 720p downconversion was poor with version 1.x.

Now with 2.0, 720p downconversion looks awesome for those without a 1080i/p set.
