Microsoft to support Blu-ray

Sort of odd to hear, but we knew it was coming....

Microsoft decides it will support Blu-ray. You can read the story here
from our friends at Home Media Retail Magazine.

Nothing shocking here.

\"My opinion is that (a) anyone who actually works in a video store and does not understand letterboxing has given up on life, and (b) any customer who prefers to have the sides of a movie hacked off should not be licensed to operate a video player.\"-- Roger Ebert

I hope it is an add-on and it is affordable like their HD-DVD add-on was (the $120 range, not the $50 range that is at now, but that would be real nice too!).

But not for the 360.
