Toshiba HD-Dvd Players MSRP will be cut $100

According to the above linked article, Toshiba's players will soon have a $100 cut in MSRP. If the HD-A2 can be had online for $299 then this will be a huge positive for HD-Dvd. Another positive according to this article is that Circuit City has decided to support and sell HD-Dvd (Software & Players), I believe CC was already selling the HD-A2 although I never saw it in my area CCs. Good news for the format after a dismal few weeks here.

I just bought the XA2 from valueelectronics for $750, free shipping, no tax to CA, and 7 HD DVDs!! Best deal out of them all. And Robert is a forum sponsor, no brainer decision.
