I didn't try this myself. But
I think you can use the wireless connection to be "shared": right click on 'My Network Places', choose 'Properties'. Then in the Network Connections window, right click on your wireless connection, choose 'Properties' again.
Now go to the 'Advanced' tab and check the box under 'Internet Connection Sharing' saying "Allow other users to connect through this computer's Internet connection'. Click 'OK', etc.
I think that will work on your laptop too, just like I used that for years on a regular desktop PC. I used two normal TCP/IP connectors on that computer, so the difference is (1) using the wireless connection (2) using a laptop.
But I can't see why it wouldn't work. Make sure your HD-A1 receives an IP address from your laptop (by default it will) and is set as such (by default it will too

), or else you will have to set everything by hand.
