Yes a Denon HD DVD player would be sweet. Also after the way Sony threw Samsung under the buss I wouldn't be surprised at all the hear of a upcoming Samsung HD DVD player (not that I would buy one).

I think this is more than just interesting, more hardware is most likely on it's way! It may be a while but at least we are seeing HD DVD get more support. Both Denon and Marantz are respected brands, also more $$ for "thelookandsoundofprefect" is always a good thing.

Not sure if this is actually new, but still interesting, looking at the list of members in the HD Promotion Group, Denon, Marantz, Teac, Onkyo; looks good for the possibility for a variety of hardware.

Hopefully thier will be some more hardware for the Christmas season, but you would expect some press releases by now if that were the case.
