Guys i just got the A1 sunday and am very pleased with it. I only have one HDMI input on my TV which was being used by my comcast hd box..so i swithched the HD box to component and now the picture flashes on and off???

the component input previously was used by my sd dvd player and had no problems..any ideas with what's up with the box I am definetly keeping the toshiba hooked up HDMI. Funny thing is it was fine hooked up at one time using component but after i hooked the dvI - HDMI cable it seems when going back to component it does this flashing stuff???

Some HDTV's may have one component video input for 1080 and another for lower resolutions. If you have more than one component input try them all. Another solution is simply to buy a hdmi switch and you can get one here cheap. www.monoprice.com
