FS: Panasonic PT-AE500U Front Projector

I've got a Panasonic PT-AE500U Projector that has been used for roughly two years. It is in perfect working condition and has only been used by my wife and I in our home theater.
It was only used to watch films on. The bulb has 1976 hours on it, but all the hours are in LOW power mode. The bulb, according to panasonic, should have 3000 more hours left on it if it remains in low power mode.
The projector will ship inside it's original box with all the original packing materials. It comes with the projector case, remote, manuals, lens cleaner and power cord. Also as a bonus I'm including a 25ft. Acoustic Research Pro component cable. This is an 80.00 cable and a great addition for someone who wants to do a custom installation with this projector and a huge savings in cost for someone wanting to add a projector to their home.
Also i'm including a mount I built for the projector that includes adjustment on virtually every axis for fine tuning of the projector to your screen. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.
The only thing that this projector may need is a cleaning either by yourself or by a panasonic authorized service center. I've taken that into account in the asking price and the accessories included and the condition of the projector.
I'm asking $1000.00 for the projector and that is shipped anywhere within the United States.

EDIT: I wanted to add the reason we are selling. My wife has joined the Air Force and we are trying to downsize our lifestyle so that we can remain mobile until she gets to her first duty station.
