There is some caulking on the foam side which surrounds the basket where you mount the screws, it's very little and came from when I mounted the sub. Other than that it's in excellent shape. Properly broken in and was in a 3cu ft box tuned to 19hz and sounded incredible!

The amp is also in great shape. It has some scratches on the heatsink from mounting it with the screws but it's not a big deal. Mechanically it's excellent and really made the Shiva dance.The amp also comes with a remote which is handy for adjustments done at the seating position.
