I have a Sony SVR-2000 Tivo in very good condition and currently activated (so it has the latest software). I've upgraded the hard disk to a 120GB fluid bearing (very quiet) drive. This unit works flawlessly and also has the original 30 GB drive disconnected in the unit as a backup. I'm open to selling it as either a 30 hour or as the upgraded 140 hour. I have the original box, manuals, and accessories and the unit is very clean. The remote is also in good condition and works perfectly.
