This speaker can be used as a center channel or the sixth speaker (rear surround in a 6.1 home-theather set up). This speaker has been used lightly, so it's in very good shape, 2yr & 3 month old. It sounds great and is in mint condition. One fine scratch (hairline 1/2" long) on the bottom of the speaker due to placement on top of my TV; this is not visible until you examine it from 6" away. The speaker has 5 way binding posts for secured speaker wires connection. I still have the original box, manual, unused (4) rubber feet and packing material. Rated 8/10 due to one fine scratch-- closer to 9 then 8. Picture can be sent if requested. Local pickup in Southern California can be arranged.
