It is the new version, which got rid of the humming that the older version had a problem with. I sent back my old version, and the good guys at SVS sent me a brand new updated version. Then I bought a second sub, so I no longer need the subsonic filter feature. I can email you pictures upon request. I have the instructions, and the box they mailed it in.
