Old, non-functioning banner ad

I don't know how useful this is to the powers-that-be, but I've been noticing this banner ad (see below) quite often lately (even though it is touting a 2-5 pre-order for Me, Myself & Irene).

Not only doesn't the ad tell you where you should pre-order the disc, I went to click on it tonight and it doesn't even take you anywhere useful!

This is the the link which was attached to the ad:

Quote:
http://www.hometheaterforum.com http

(but without the space in-between "com" and "http" at the end)

My browser/server took me HERE.

There's Jessie the yodeling cowgirl. Bullseye, he's Woody's horse. Pete the old prospector. And, Woody, the man himself. Of course, it's time for Woody's RoundUp. He's the very best! He's the rootinest, tootinest cowboy in the wild, wild west!

Still see this ad all the time...but it works now.

I guess it is now an old, functioning ad.

Mike:

Actually it is a new ad for the title in Blu-ray instead of standard def. Fox changes those out periodically but sometimes we have to remind them to change them.

Re: Old, non-functioning banner ad

That's cool. I only called it "old" because it advertises a Feb. 5 Pre-Order.

Re: Old, non-functioning banner ad

Mike,

Fox is very slow about changing out those banners and
needs to be reminded to do so every month.

We are in the process of reminding them right now.
