On my FiOS TV picture in the opposite corners of the screen are patches of different colors, only on the TV with the Media DVR set top box. Sometimes it's there, sometime it's not, sometimes different corners and different colors.
I have a 36" Sony Triniton HD TV with a Sony audio home theater system.
Had Directv, switched to Verivon FiOS, never a problem like this with Directv
Have 2 regular set top boxes up upstairs, no problem with thoughs pictures.
Also have Verizon high speed internet installed with wireless router.
Anyone out there know what might be happening?

Have you tried degaussing the TV? There might be a strong magnet nearby which is best removed.

I agree with Jeremy it sounds like a magnetic field problem. Do you have your new Fios box setting directly on top of your TV? If you do try moving it to another location. Most TV sets have built in degaussing which is done when you turn your set off and on. It may take a few days for it to completely go away.
