Google ad for Chinese mail order brides...

Again, I don't how how important this is to management (if at all)...but I just saw a Google banner ad on the bottom of an HTF thread page which featured a series of photos of young Asian women and their apparent city homes in China along with an ID number and their height & weight. The ad was a link to Chinese dating site for singles seeking Chinese women for love and marriage!.

Google tells me the following about chnlove:

Quote:
Chinese dating and matchmaking service for Chinese singles and marriage. Date Chinese women for love, relationship and marriage.

Find Chinese brides on ...

IIRC, websites with Google ads have little input as to what ads appear on their pages. Still...thought someone might like to know.

There's Jessie the yodeling cowgirl. Bullseye, he's Woody's horse. Pete the old prospector. And, Woody, the man himself. Of course, it's time for Woody's RoundUp. He's the very best! He's the rootinest, tootinest cowboy in the wild, wild west!

Parker:

Saw it again this morning. Same ad for chnlove.com.

Was going to screen cap it for you...but got distracted and lost the page and couldn't recreate it. It was a banner ad at the bottom of the page. Mostly, I see ads for amazon.com's "deal of the day", registry cleaners, home theater seats, etc (google ads).

When I see it again, I'll be sure to snap a screen cap.

Mike:

I know what you are talking about. I have seen it to. I have the url blocked with Google. I will have to have them look into this for me.

Thanks for the heads up.

Well, even though you know what I'm talking about...I stumbled on the ad again this afternoon and figured I'd post it up. I was ticked-off when I lost it the other day.

Wow, and talk about Ironic. In this very thread, it was a banner for me just after I posted.
