My previous comments are based on the Mac versions... looks like Opera is the way to go on the Mac for the time being.

Well, using Firefox 1.5.0.1, my browser seems to be functioning normal, I can see all posts in each thread whereas this morning (about 2 hours ago, I would see blank threads as reported here). 8:54am EDT, using Firefox 1.5.0.1 under Windows 2000SP4

Yay to the forum gurus!

I know this has been asked before but I can't see if it was answered/addressed, can you set favorite(s) threads as before? If you can then I can't figure out how to do so using the new CP.
EDIT: I am not referring to "subscribing" but setting the main forum page to only show the threads you choose.

Just for what it's worth:

I am running the latest Firefox (1.5.0.2) on Windows XP and have seen NO PROBLEMS with blank posts, etc. Everything seems to be working fine. This is on four machines: two Windows XP Pro SP2 workstations, one Windows XP Pro SP2 laptop and one Windows 2003 Server. Everything looks great to me.

Re: Report all forum software problems in this thread ONLY. Thank You!

I am checking from my work computer (WinXP Pro SP2) and the blank threads are now appearing in Netscape 7.2

I didn't check my laptop (which caused blank threads) this morning, but it is also running WinXP Pro SP2 and Netscape 7 (I am almost positive it's also 7.2)

I wonder if things are fixed...

p.s. The threads are also fine on my Mac (Safari 1.3.2 - OSX 10.3.9)

I am running mac 10.4.6 and Safari 2.0.3 and previously had the blank threads, but now all is fine.

I see Parker has hacked things so an email is sent for all posts in a subscribed thread. Well done. I figured you could do it. When you get around to it, you might change the content of the email to remove the statement about "there may be other posts..." Not really a pressing thing, I know.

Yeah, it lloks like the issue has been fixed. The thread that went blank on me after I edited my post is now working fine.

Re: Report all forum software problems in this thread ONLY. Thank You!

I just clicked on the main page / home page / landing page: www.HomeTheaterForum.com and it's been redesigned. There are no links / pull-downs / etc to the individual forums. Am I missing something?

Luckily, this thread showed up under Recent Threads - so I can report this and now I can navigate to the individual forums from here.

EDIT
When I click on the Home Theater Forum folder at the top of this thread I'm directed to http://www.hometheaterforum.com/htf/index.php where I can see all of the individual forums. However, it's my understanding that it's preferred that we enter the site through the main page / home page / landing page: www.HomeTheaterForum.com, correct?

Jeff and all,

The foirum is still in a stage of being redesigned from the
floor on up.

Today, Parker is redesigning the Main Page. This is why when
you entered the forum through the www.hometheaterforum.com link
you are hitting a "page in progress."

I expect Parker will have it completed by tomorrow. Please use
the workaround address until then.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Overall though, looks like this upgrade is the winner. We like it.

Re: Report all forum software problems in this thread ONLY. Thank You!

Is the search function working OK? I'm trying to find any mention of the latest release of The Wall (vs the previous release) in the HT Software Film and Doc thread, and I tried the following two searches:

Pink Floyd Wall
Pink Floyd

I didn't get The Wall in any of the first 100 posts of either. ?? Thanks.

Will you add being able to post/paste images in posts? The [img] thing?
