I've been having off and on problems with the forums for the last two weeks or so in that when on the index page of a particular forum, the page stops loading after the HTF Deals, Gallery, Archives, HTF Mall, HTF Radio and HTF Reviews buttons. If I use my browser history, I can get induvidual threads to load fine. I'm still using IE6 under XP Pro.

Adam:

I am not sure why the page would stop loading for you at that point. If you go to a particular forum like HT Hardware - High Definition - Home Theater Forum does the page stop loading or it just the main forum listing page?

It's all of the specific forums, too. I just had it start up again earlier today, too, and noticed that I had the stopping point slightly off. The forum listing only loads to the smaller ad banner flush right with the Home Theater Forum banner on the left. Everything below that is white. To get here to post this, I had to view source in Notepad and search for the thread title and cut and paste the link out from the HTML. Interestingly enough, pages in specific threads like this one continue to load fine. I experienced this on another computer that's also still using IE6 or I would have tried reinstalling the browser.

This is probably not a software problem but i've had zero responses in any of my subscribed thread today. It's almost as if the forum is completely deserted.

That happened to me a few days ago...but I figure it was just the "luck of the draw."

Anyway...I had a ton of activity in my subscribed threads today. But I don't use e-mail notifications. I just check out my UserCP and see what's got something new.

Adam:

I don't know what to tell you. I use IE 6.0 at work and IE 7.0 at home and the both load all the pages just fine. Firefox works fine with them and Opera works with no problems. Have you thought about updating to IE 7.0 to see if it fi
