No Permission To Access Page Error on Thread

In the HT Software (Film & Documentary) Forum, the thread on the ST: Nemesis CE was moved (as expected). Clicking on the 'moved' link in the Software forum brought up the following:

"You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:" etc.
