As I use hotmail for my email, I have my junk email filter set on high, and it's now weeding out all of my HTF emails because they're all coming in as the individual email and not the usual noreply@hometheaterforum.com.

Is this change intentional or accidental?

So are you telling me that Hotmail is filtering the email that gets sent to you from the individual too?

What's happening is *because* each HTF email is coming from individuals, they're automatically being sent to my junk mail, because I have my filter set to "Filter everything except those in my Safe List." Since 99% of the people on HTF aren't on my safe list, all the emails are now going straight to my Junk Email folder.

"noreply@hometheaterforum.com" was the only address I had on my Safe List, so those were always going through to my Inbox. Now nothing is going through.

I noticed this too when my Outlook rules were no longer moving the messages to the correct folder.

I, for one, prefered it the other way. Is there anyway to get HTF's email address whitelisted at Hotmail, AOL, etc?

Ok,

I changed this to admin@hometheaterforum.com to see if that will work. I know that a lot of people have trouble with noreply@hometheaterforum.com with their Spam Filters.

I know that Hotmail, AOL, etc. leave it up to the user to set up their filters. I am not sure about Verizon.

Thanks Parker, I added that email address to my Safe List and I'm now getting all the emails.
