Status of the fund raiser?

Not that this is that big of a deal, but back in January, I received an e-mail asking for money to support HTF. I gave an amount - not much ($15), but I never heard back from anyone regarding the process toward the goal, what our money bought or even a "thank-you".

Again, I am happy to contribute to the cause, I would do it again in a heartbeat with all that I have learned here - you guys are great. I was just merely wondering how the fund raiser went (or is going) just to get some pleasure out of knowing I helped out a little bit.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I could not find were else to put it.

Great job and keep up the good work.

Hi, Jon!

First off, I deeply apologize for the fact that
no Thank You has been posted to any of you.

The plan was to wait until the new server was in
put into place and then post a huge announcement
to the membership giving them, and Twentieth Century
Fox thanks for their contributions.

Problem is, after 3 months the server is still
not in place. Trust me -- I am just as much concerned
and frustated about this as everyone else.

We have absolute plans to thank everyone who donated.
We have not forgotten the generosity of this
membership and a studio. I wish I could have posted
such a Thank You months ago before someone wrote
a thread reminding us that we haven't. The problem
is getting this new server up and running and it is
a situation that has taken far longer than it should
have.
