Where are the rules and signature guidelines?

Hi - I've looked everywhere on this site. I clicked the "Rules/FAQ" link and there doesn't seem to be anything about sigs there....

If you go to User Control Panel -> Edit Profile (where you would go to edit your signature), the guidelines are on the page next to the box where your signature would go.
