No, but for the price of 2 beers in the mini bar I can live like a king for 3 days.

Re: Mini Fridges

I called. There's no charge. One would think a place as fancy as The Venetian would include a fridge in all rooms. But I guess that ~4,200 fridges using electricity and not always being used.

Re: Mini Fridges

Got my free mini fridge. Not very cold, mind you, but
it will keep the milk cold that I will use for cereal.

Went to WallMart and stocked up on water, soda, cereal and milk.

The hotel wants $5 for a bottle of water. You can get a case for
less than that at WallMart.

I stopped by Target on the way out of Houston and grabbed a case of 28 half-liter bottles for the grand total of $4. I'm already ahead just by not having to buy water at gas stops! I wll have to get me one of those fridges.

Here's another tip you may not know about....

For all you people like me that need coffee, the Venetian offers
a coffee maker in the room with a week's supply of coffee for under
$5.

You need to call dining services to order the coffee maker.
