For Gosh sake...be sure you return your housing/badge forms by Monday
Just spoke with the folks at EMA.
All forms need to be returned to Grace Lee to be received no
later than Monday morning 6/11.
Anyone who fails to do this will be (GULP!) dropped!
Thanks to a recent announcement on <b>TVSHOWSONDVD.COM</b>
we have already <b>oversold</b> this event and EMA has been
kind enough to expand the original amount of attendees that was
agreed upon.
I'll send out an email to everyone later today once I get the
new registrants taken care of.

This may have been discussed elsewhere, but are we supposed to be receiving a confirmation from Grace that she received our badge requests? I faxed my form to her on 5/15. I know she got the room request because Cameron and I are on your room list.

My understanding from Ron's email is that his room list is just the info he's gotten from us; he still needs to cross reference whatever registration info EMA has actually received. So it's not a confirmation of anything except what Ron has heard from us directly.
I specifically remember mailing the housing form, but couldn't remember if I also turned in the badge form. So I emailed that to Grace today. |

I actually emailed Grace last night with everyone's concerns
about not getting a verification reply from her.
I don't know if she has begun the process or not of verifying
everyone's application, but if not, I'll try to touch base with
her first thing Monday to find out who she is missing.
