Do they make LCD TV Panel only (no speakers)?

When I was looking at plasma or LCDs, one thing I liked about some "industrial" model of plasma was that I could get the panel with all the inputs with a small bezel around the screen. Do they make 37-42", either 720p or 1080p LCDs like this? I've run some searches and haven't come across anything.

Google commercial LCD monitors. They are display monitors only, no speakers or tuners.

If I'm not mistaken, some LCD models have detachable (that can be mounted a short distance from the set) or even completely removable speakers.

This Olevia 37" set, for instance.

I think Sharp makes a number of Aquos displays without speakers. But yes, look at Sharp, LG, and a number of others, particularly approach from a business aspect, and you should find displays without speakers.
