HD72-Turning Off Stretched Image??

Hey guys , I have a HD72 the picture quality is real awesome with it and I'm only running it at 480P right now. However whenever I watch a movie that was filmed in a 2.35:1 ratio the projector is automatically stretching it to a 1.85:1 ratio and it ends up making the image look too pixely.
I've tried the buttons on the remote (4:3, 16:9, LBX, Native) and none have solved the problem.

Am I missing anything?

Nobody has ever encountered this problem or knows a solution to it?
I've tried checking the manual and it doesn't seem to be in there.
