Thinking of buying a plasma to replace my 1080P DLP....questions

I have owned a Samsung HL-S5087W 1080P DLP for about one year now.
I am considering buying a Plasma to replace it. It is a 'great' set, but wondering if I could get even better.

So I'm wondering if you guys think it is worth it? I would have to sell my DLP for a big loss most likely even though it is in perfect condition and I've never had one issue with it. And then plunking down the $2K-$3K for the plasma....so I want to make sure it would be worth it.

Auditioning sets at a BB or CC is aweful so I want to hear from you guys, plasma owners.

Please include in your response what your t.v. was beforew buying the plasma and the changes you have noticed, please.

I'd keep the DLP..........
I don't own a plasma, and won't own one. I, personally, don't like them. They do have a good picture, but I just can't live with how they reflect everything in the room! I've had to live with the reflections in my CRT tvs, forever. As soon as I can get another tv, it definately will be one that doesn't reflect everything, in it's screen.
But good luck to you, if that kind of thing doesn't bother you.
