Anyone here use TVAuthority.com?

I was thinking of ordering a TV from this company, but the model I'm looking at is currently not in stock. I've sent them 2 emails, 1 last week and 1 this past Tuesday. Have not received a response other than the automated response that says they received my email and will reply within 24 hours. So, has anyone here ordered from them? Are they legit? I'm a little nervous about ordering from a company that doesn't bother to respond to pre-sales email.
