Adjusting Panasonic in service mode

Howdy,
I have a Panasonic CT-32HXC43. I need to adjust my picture's left to right position and it's width. I have quite a bit a picture missing on each side, so I need to shrink it, then move it to the left.

I know how to access the service menu, but when I scroll through the adjustments, I cannot find one that allows me to do either.

Help!
