Guys I'd like your Opinion on What I should Re: Samsung LCD

I purchased a Sammy 328W Set from Best buy Last Dec w/ a 4 year warrantee.
This summer the Set's panel went bad and it was decided it would be replaced. It took 2 months for Samsung to replace the Set under their warrantee as it was still under the 1 year and the extended did not kick in yet. It took many calls to expedite this matter and samsung would just tell me I had to wait 7-10 days everytime.

The Set they replaced it with was the 3251D the mostcurrent similar model. It arrived Yesterday and lo and behold it's got a fairly good size Dead Pixel about upper midway on the screen, I was fortunate my other set never had any. Samsung's policy with Dead Pixels is rather ambiguous saying it's basically up to them to decide to replace the set or not. I really don't want to go that route again and was thinking of asking Best Buy to either replace this set or give me credit toward another tv.

Not sure what luck I would have with 1 dead pixel but it's fairly noticible. Am I being unreasonable ?
