XBOX 360 with a Plasma Display

Anyone out there using a plasma display for XBOX 360 gaming? I am in the market for a 40" or less set that would be split 50/50 between gaming and casual viewing for a spare bed/gaming room. I need to be able to mount it on a wall, so the 43" Samung DLP is out of the question (unfortunately). Best Buy has the 43" Pioneer plasma clearanced out for $2,800 this week. The media control box would work perfect for me. I am not a fan of LCD, so any input is greatly appreciated. Just worried about image retention issues, etc....

Re: XBOX 360 with a Plasma Display

hi Andy.
I really like and recommend the Panasonic industrial plasmas. Please remember that with ANY plasma display, you may have image retainment issues with static images / gaming.
the 42" Samsung dlp is actually quite small and is lighter than the plasmas. Its price point of $1500 ish is also quite attractive, and there will be no retainment issues.
Best wishes

Gregg
