Panny 50" vs. Sharp 45" and viewing distance
I am within 6 months of purchasing a flat panel for my living room (have to pay off a kitchen remodel first). I really like the Panny 50" plasma due to the excellent picture quality from all video sources (CR Best buy). I will be running it through my DISH 811 HD receiver...so the pictures will transmitted via component video cables for HD and SD viewing (DVD viewing will be through component also). I also like the picture quality of the Sharp 45" LCD...although I have only seen HD signals on this particular set. My viewing distances will be 12-13 feet at the Max and 8 feet at the minimum. I wondering if the 45" may be a bit small from that distance compared to the 50" Pannasonic.
Any thoughts or recommendations. I'm leaning towards the Pannasonic.....but am really impressed with the picture on the Sharp LCD.
The room is moderately lit during daylight hours.
