JVC DILA tv audio problems
I have a new JVC HD61Z886 projection television. Since new the audio drops out about every three seconds with a loud "pop". This only happens with the HDMI cable. When I use the component video cables, the problem goes away. The JVC engineers know about this problem and have found the cause and have a fix. The problem I have is that they refuse to fix my brand new television. They say they want to, but they just can't seem to return my calls like they promise. They also don't seem to be able to accept my calls. They seem to just flat refuse to do their jobs. This has been going on for weeks now. Anybody else had trouble with their JVC or getting warranty service?
