JVC 56WP74 help please

I bought a JVC 56WP74 yesterday. It was the stores display model and they lost the manual so they had to order one for me. Anyway I can't get any of the S-Video inputs to work. If anybody has one of these TV's can you tell me if I have to switch to the S-Video input some how or is the TV bad?
